Yes, charge  shipping charge if the order value is below Rs 499

Yes, you can but only before we have processed your order. You can do so by contacting our customer care at +91-9915552525 & 9877943257.

If the order is already processed for shipping then we won’t be able to cancel it.

If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However, no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made in relation to the platform handling fee collected from the consumer under shipping policy.

Normally the return process will take 7 to 10 business days. In case of a return, we will arrange reverse pick-up for your order. But in case your area/pin code does not serve by any of our logistic partners for re-pick-up and delivery then you will have to ship it from your end and you will be reimbursed with Rs. 100/- in your next order.

Yes, if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation or facing size issue in the received product then the customer can return the same to us in its original condition by informing us within 7 days of receiving the product.

In case customers want to replace the size or color as per their request, then we process the customer’s request as per available stock.

If the customer is eligible and wishes to get the payment refund to the source account then we are happy to refund the payment to his/her credit/Debit card or original method of payment. In the case of a COD order, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account through NEFT.

Note*- Shipping charges won’t be refunded if charged in the order.
